A New Roof Starts
With Clear Answers

Roof replacement with a clear plan
A successful roof replacement starts with understanding the condition of the roof you have. We look beyond the shingles to evaluate the areas that affect the work, then provide a written proposal explaining the recommended roofing system and installation details.
You should know what is included, how material choices affect the project, and how unexpected conditions will be handled. Our goal is to help you make an informed decision and feel comfortable with the plan for your home.

Does your roof need to be replaced?
Recurring leaks, widespread shingle damage, or deterioration across the roof may make replacement worth considering. A roof that is difficult to repair reliably can also become a continuing expense. Age is a useful background, but the roof’s condition matters more than a date on the calendar.
An isolated leak or a few damaged shingles may still be repairable. We will explain what we find and whether a repair or replacement is the more practical option. You do not need to know the answer before scheduling an inspection.

Choose shingles that fit your priorities
We install Malarkey asphalt shingles and help you compare available styles, colors, impact ratings, and warranty options. You can weigh appearance and budget alongside the performance features that matter to you. Impact-resistant does not mean hail-proof, and product features vary by shingle.
We will explain the options in your proposal and help you see how the roof color works with your home’s exterior. Detailed product comparisons and brochures will be available on our Malarkey roofing-options page.

Understand the warranties before you choose
Pride Roofing & Contracting is a Malarkey Emerald Premium Certified Contractor. Qualifying complete roofing systems can be eligible for enhanced manufacturer coverage, including up to 50 years of non-prorated product coverage and 25 years of manufacturer-backed workmanship coverage. Pride also offers its own five-year transferable workmanship warranty.
Manufacturer coverage and Pride’s workmanship warranty are separate. Eligibility, covered items, registration, exclusions, and transfer rules depend on the applicable written warranty. We explain what your proposal includes, available upgrades, and any additional cost before you decide.

A clear estimate and payment options
Roof size, pitch, access, existing layers, flashing, material selection, and underlying conditions all affect the cost. Our instant estimator is a starting point for budgeting. A final proposal requires confirming the roof conditions and scope.
Financing options are available through third-party providers for qualified homeowners. Visit our financing page to explore options through Hearth. Approval and available rates, terms, and payments depend on the provider and your qualifications.
